Menton : Situé à la frontière Italienne, surnommée 'la perle de France' avec un climat de 13° l'hiver et 30° l'été. L'appartement se situe à 100 m de la plage dans un quartier résidentiel et à 200 m de la frontière Italienne. Au 4eme étage donnant sur le jardin de la résidence, il est au calme. Equipé pour recevoir 4/5 personnes. Il y a une piscine pour les résidents. Il se compose d'une entrée avec placard, 1 cuisine équipée, 1salon/Séjour donnant sur un balcon avec 1 convertible 2 places et 1 convertible 1 place, 1 chambre équipée d'un lit matrimonial 160x200, placard et un balcon, 1 salle d'eau avec douche et WC.

ACTIVITES : Nombreux sentiers de randonnée pédestre, idéal randonneurs et promeneurs. Promenades en mer / Casino / Jardins botaniques / musées / Monaco à 8 Km) / marché de Vintimille à 9 Km).

Les draps, taies d'oreiller et serviettes ne sont pas inclus. Les frais de nettoyage : 50€, à régler sur place.
