If you are looking for the perfect home base for your family gathering or friend getaway look no further than this fantastic 5/6 bedroom home at the mouth of Hodges Canyon and just 5 minutes away from the "Caribbean of the Rockies"-Bear Lake. With 4 King size beds and accommodations for 22(kids under 3 do not count), Hodges Canyon Hideaway is perfect for larger families, friends, or couples traveling together looking for a relaxing retreat.

This home is located in the exclusive Cherimoya Hill neighborhood just steps from the Hodges Canyon trailhead. You can hike, mountain bike, 4 wheel, or snowmobile up the canyon right from the house. This home is conveniently located minutes away from several different beaches, golfing, hiking trails, Beaver Mountain, and the Garden City bike trail making it perfect for groups who like to get outside! Alternate your days between hanging out at the beach, hiking up Hodges Canyon, or just relaxing at home enjoying the spectacular view while the kids play in the yard or have ping pong and air hockey tournaments in the game room.

Watch the sunrise on the huge deck overlooking the lake and the beautifully landscaped yard. If you are traveling with children, this is a wonderful place for them to run and play while you relax and keep watch from the deck or the comfortable adirondak chairs on the patio.

This property features 3 living areas, a fireplace, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. As you wait for dinner, sit back and relax on the full grain leather recliner couch and enjoy the 55 inch smart flatscreen TV.

When you're ready for bed, retreat to the master bedroom and climb into the king sized bed to fall fast asleep with plush pillows. This room features deck access, an en-suite bathroom and a 43 inch smart tv. You will feel like you are at a spa with a jetted tub, double vanities and separate shower with double shower heads. There is a giant master closet that can double as a nursery with a crib/toddler bed or bring a floor mattress in and use as an extra bedroom.

There are three other bedrooms with King size beds that are beautifully styled and extremely functional. Each located close to one of the three bathrooms in the house. Keep towels, linens, and swimsuits clean throughout your stay with a brand new washer and dryer located just off of the kitchen in the spacious pantry.

There is a bunk room downstairs with 3 sets of bunks(sleeps 6) just off of the garage/play room where your group can enjoy games of air hockey or ping pong.

Each living area can accommodate 2-3 people for sleeping with pull out couches and/or floor mattresses.

Interaction with guests: If you have questions prior to or during your trip we are happy to assist you 7 days a week through phone call, text, or email.

The Neighborhood: The hiker/snowmobiler will love the close proximity to the Hodges Canyon Trailhead. No need to even get in your car. You can hike/snowmobile right from the house.

The golfers of the group will be pleased with the short 6 minute drive to Bear Lake golf course, which is only 1 out of the 3 golf courses in the area. Book a tee time and show off your putting skills to your family and friends.

Hit the slopes at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort which is a short 24 minute drive away, or if your new to winter sports check out the local tubing spots for some family shenanigans! Also enjoy the Beaver Mountain music festival in mid August for a taste of the local music scene.

How do damage deposits work?
