Oceanfront condos are not all the same! Our condos (Suites 1504, 1509 and 1510) are on the top (penthouse) floor and offer spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean that you will never forget! The top floor of an all concrete building offers you privacy and quiet rare to vacation suites. We have over 18 years experience in providing our guests exactly what they want at a reasonable price. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, quality condo in an awesome location, this is it. This property is privately owned, managed, constantly updated and maintained. We live and work in the immediate area daily and can be at the condo in a moments notice. My weekly prices include free high speed WIFI internet, linens and parking. You will not be disappointed with this property!

Suite 1504 Waters Edge Resort is an OCEANFRONT one bedroom suite with rare second full bath and your own washer and dryer. No excuses, directly on the ocean. View from the balcony is the pool, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean with no ugly parking lots, roads or buildings to ruin your unforgettable view! (see pics below)

Garden City Beach SC is about 20 min from downtown Myrtle Beach and is a more relaxed, less crowded and family oriented town with lots of things to do.

Waters Edge Resort is a 15 story concrete and steel building directly on the ocean. All units have private balconies overlooking the beach and ocean. We have 5 spotlessly clean rooms; 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, a kitchen and a living area. It sleeps 4 and has a queen size bed, one queen sofa bed, a kitchen stocked with all full size modern appliances and utensils, full size washer and dryer, central heat and A/C and 2 flat screen TVs with remote, extended basic cable and HBO. There is one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom.

There is a bar and gift shop, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and an exercise room on the ground floor. The two elevators were rebuilt Spring 2019. There are bars, restaurants, amusements, rides and a fishing pier, all within walking distance. Wild Water and Wheels water park is 5 min. away.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

    If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
