Located in Gardone Riviera Town, close to the lake and with a slightly raised position, the Lago Blu apartment offers to our guests a tranquil environment with a privileged view of the lake itself.

At the first floor of a fully renewed old building, our apartment offers its guests a private flat with a complete view of the lake.

Only for the guests there are a bedroom with balcony, a bathroom, a complete kitchen and a livingroom with a quality king sofabed for two children or another two adults.

A balcony and an exclusive panoramic terrace is available for our guests, where during spring and summer you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner or relaxing reading a good book or watching the beautiful lake.

All the flat has a free and mobile Wi-Fi connection, so you will be connected all time.

At 50 mt. there is a quiet large free parking, and inside you find a lot of broschures on the artistic, historic and sport informations.

Near the apartment there are a lot of restaurants and pubs, but there are also:

Dear Nikki I am very sorry to read your review, during the many occasions in which we wrote, it seemed to me that everything was to your liking, but reading here was not so, and I'm really sorry. But I have to make some clarifications to your comment. First, in the description there is written that you can admire, and LIVE the lake at 360 °, to be able to see the lake at 360 ° you must stay on an island, and maybe even so you can see it. In the kitchen next to the coffee machine there is a toaster, and if you want a coffee machine you can also make a kettle. The glasses are not so many, of all types will be about 8, I think that they are more than enough for 2 people. As I had already explained to you, we have not been a B & B but a holiday apartment for about 2 years, so the apartment is now all for the guests, but breakfast is not served. The business cards that you find from us are old and therefore still bear the words B & B, but it is only on those, if you read in each booking portal in the description there is no write breakfast. As for the cleaning, as a holiday home we have no obligation to do the daily cleaning news, especially since you have booked directly there has been put no additional cost for cleaning. As for the room or the apartment, it never happened that no one complained about strange smells, since both the rooms and the furniture are recent, and I challenge anyone to say that there is any kind of smell. Finally, in the announcement is made clear that we are in the hill, as the distances are correctly specified, so I'm really sorry for your condition, but perhaps knowing it was convenient to ask previously or look for something on the lake where, however, surely there would be much noise and traffic, which is non-existent. So I really regret that you did not feel well, maybe it was enough to get better informed first. Caro Nikki sono molto dispiaciuto nel leggere la tua recensione, durante le molte occasioni in cui ci siamo scritti, mi era sembrato che tutto fosse di vostro gradimento, ma leggendo qui non è stato così, e me ne dispiace veramente. Mi trovo però a dover fare alcune precisazioni al tuo commento. Come prima cosa, nella descrizione c'è scritto che da noi potete ammirare, e VIVERE il lago a 360°, per poter vedere il lago a 360° si deve stare su di un isola, e forse nemmeno così è possibile vederlo. In cucina a fianco della macchina per il caffè c'è il tostapane, e volendo la macchina per il caffè può fare anche da bollitore. I bicchieri non cono tantissimi, tra tutti i tipi saranno circa 8, credo che comunque siano più che sufficienti per 2 persone. Come mi era già capitato di spiegarti, noi da circa 2 anni non siamo più B&B ma appartamento vacanza, quindi l'appartamento adesso è tutto per gli ospiti, di contro non viene servita la colazione. I biglietti da visita che trovate da noi sono quelli vecchi e pertanto riportano ancora la dicitura B&B, ma è solo su quelli, se leggi in ogni portale di prenotazione nella descrizione non vi è riportato la colazione. Per quanto concerne le pulizie, come casa vacanza non abbiamo nessun obbligo di fare le pulizie giornalme, tanto più che voi avendo prenotato direttamente non vi è stato messo nessun costo aggiuntivo per le pulizie. Per quanto concerne la camera o l'appartamento, non è mai successo che nessuno si lamentasse per strani odori, visto che sia gli ambienti che i mobili sono recenti, e sfido chiunque a dire che vi è qualsiasi tipo di odore. Per finire, nell'annuncio è spe ificato che siamo in collina, come sono specificate correttamente le distanze, quindi mi spiace davvero per la tua condizione, ma forse sapendolo vi conveniva chiedere precedentemente oppure cercare qualcosa in riva al lago dove però sicuramente ci sarebbe stato molto rumore e traffico, cosa che da noi è inesistente. Quindi mi spiace veramente che non vi siate trovati bene, forse bastava informarsi meglio prima.

Why can't I call Fabrizio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fabrizio (the owner) a message.

If Fabrizio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
