Directly below the famous crucifixion scene where King Ludwig II gave thanks to the inhabitants of Oberammergau for the performance of the Passion Play.
A few meters away there are ski lifts, cross-country skiing and ski touring routes in winter. Located right on the path of meditation and hiking and walking trails, you are with a few steps in the summer in the middle of nature. Summer toboggan run and tennis courts are nearby. This dream vacation home is also the highest holiday home Oberammergau!
From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountain Oberammergau - the Kofel and in the Oberammergau Alps.
Far from the hustle and bustle this holiday home is the perfect place to cut loose and enjoy the peace and silence in a unique environment.

On 135 square meters ³ total your holiday home can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.
A baby cot and an additional bed for one children sharing parent room is available at no costs - just ask for it and it will be prepared before your arrival.
The spacious living and dining area with wooden floor leaves no wish unfulfilled. From the large dining table you can have unobstructed mountain views.
Throughout the house floor heating is installed.
A wood burning stove in the living room also provides an extra cozy feel-good climate (wood is provided and already included in the price). Flat screen TV and free internet access (Wifi) are available free of charge here.
Even from the comfortably furnished guest kitchen you will overlooking the green. The kitchen has a modern hob, fridge, sink and dishwasher.
All necessary kitchen utensils are provided.
The ground floor has a bathroom / WC with shower.
A staircase takes you to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. The very spacious bathroom upstairs has a bath, a shower, toilet and two sinks.
An indoor staircase leads you to the basement of the house. There you will also find the spacious sauna with shower facility. You can round off an eventful day Oberammergau with a sauna experience! From here you can also screened patios. Another terrace is also located on the west side of the house with access from the living room where you can look right onto meadows and fields in the green nature.
On the balcony of the house the morning sun and impressive panoramic views makes your heart beat faster.
A carport and additional parking spaces are available on site.
Pets are welcome.
The famous village of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the highest mountain in Germany (Zugspitze) can be easily reached by car within a short and scenic drive.
