Maybe one of the most luxurious & cleanest holiday cottages you will stay in. The cottage and outhouse is professionally viral fogged after each guest departs and is deep cleaned, all linen changed including mattress and pillow protectors, etc.

We are situated in a quiet, private area behind Scott's Mill, at the top of Ann Street. Private parking is available and you also have your own sheltered garden with patio & furniture to relax in. Included in the tariff is full gas central heating & electricity. We are just a short walk away from local restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the Cally Woods, golf course, tennis court and park. Many beaches are close to us, the nearest being just 3 miles away.

The property comprises of Contemporary open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area: Sumptuously furnished in leather, white gloss and oak with doors leading to the patio. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, electric fan oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, Krups Dolce Gusto Pod coffee maker and the usual kitchen appliances. No need to bring cling film, tin foil, salt/pepper, tea towels, washing up liquid or cloths. (There is a washing machine/tumble dryer in the small out-house which can be made available if required.) The lounge has a 32" TV with integral DVD player, Free unlimited Wi-Fi, Alexa and CD player as well as a small library of books. Modern Relaxing Bedroom. There is 1 bedroom, which boasts a leather double bed with top quality mattress. High thread count bed linen, GHD hairdryer and freshly laundered bathrobes for your use . Modern designer furnishings and a fitted wardrobe complete the look. Outstanding spa Shower-room with double basins, a walk-in shower complete with body jets (you won't want to get out of the shower) and heated towel rail, no need to bring towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner or shower gel as these are supplied.The But and Ben is only available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays, min 4 nights, may be available October to March, please enquire.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact John (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
