We are back! Construction completed in late 2017 after our cabin burnt in the wildfire of 2016.

Welcome to the all new Southern Nights! Since we are a studio, we are couples delight! We are fully equipped with a Smart TV and satellite for when you are ready to connect with the world. However, when you are ready to unplug from the world & enjoy that special someone's company - this is when you will really love those sweet Southern Nights! We have both an indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor hot tub to sit and relax, as well as a king size bed with a new memory foam mattress. Also, a 50" wall mounted electric fireplace for ambiance inside! Steam your music from a Bluetooth speaker/radio combo unit. We have a fully stocked kitchen and charcoal grill to enjoy cooking in and chilling out; however, we are really close to all the wonderful restaurants of Gatlinburg (& Pigeon Forge) should you decide to dine out! Come escape to our Southern Nights cabin and the Great Smoky Mountains and make memories that will last a lifetime!

The cabin is equipped with a keyless entry system, so you can arrive directly at the cabin with no need to pickup or drop off keys at another location. Like us on social media for specials and area information!

*If you are traveling with another couple, we have an almost identical cabin located fairly close by called Lover's Escape.

You will have access to the entire cabin except for the storage closet above the bathroom (the hot water heater is up there).

Driveway is paved and uphill for about 100' but level at the top for the parking area which is currently gravel.

Due to sometimes inclement weather in the winter, we recommend travel insurance, which we do have a source for obtaining.

REPAIRS & SERVICE CALLS: We take pride in maintaining our cabin & perform regular maintenance to keep everything in good working order. It is impossible, however, to guarantee that all appliances, hot tub, fireplaces, etc., will be in working order 100% of the time. We will, however, make every effort to correct any problem you encounter during your stay as soon as possible. Non-emergency maintenance issues will be handled during normal business hours. If you need emergency maintenance, please contact us at the cell phone number provided in your confirmation. While we will attempt to correct all issues as quickly as possible, no refunds will be made for mechanical failures of hot tub, appliances/electronics, or interruption/loss of utilities (including satellite TV), etc. Authorized repairmen have the right to enter the property to accomplish needed repairs even if the service call was made prior to your arrival. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

We are a studio cabin. The bedroom is in the main cabin not a separate room. We are perfect for honeymooners or couples looking for an intimate getaway! or small families (three maximum with a smaller child due to sleeping arrangements) for quality family time together...

Beds/Baths: One King Bed in the main room, One bathroom with tub and shower. Jacuzzi in main room as well.

We are decorated for Fall and Christmas!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
