My home is close to the beach, activities tailored to families, Mont Saint-Michel, Landing Beaches, Cotentin, Zoo, Horseback riding, Villedieu-les-Poêles, Granville, Coutances Hambye, Highway. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. It is made from fresh, local and homemade. Anne Laure and Herve fell under the spell of this body of restored stone farmhouse, located 20 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the A84. Quietly nestled in a rich hilly nature, surrounded by 4000 m² of floral landscaped gardens and relaxing with many species, it is a place for a peaceful stay. The room is an extension of the house, with separate entrance on the ground floor. It consists of a room (double bed and sofa bed for 1 or 2 children), a living room with wood stove and kitchen area, a bathroom and separate toilet. local products and fresh juices make up the breakfast. Label Cottage in the garden. Barbecue, children's games and bicycles. Anne Laure graduate, offers sessions of well being and personal development in hypnotherapy, NLP and EDMR.

We will be available for you during your stay. We built a small cottage "office" to give you all the advice and leaflets on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the region. We live on site and are always available, even if you get total independence in your two-room accommodation with a completely separate entrance.

Why can't I call Hervé (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hervé (the owner) a message.

If Hervé (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
