As advertised in Condé Nast Traveler, this is a luxurious 350 sq. meter villa in Andros, located on a 1 (4000 sq.meter) acre estate which comfortably sleeps 10 and could sleep 11. Its location provides a panoramic southern view of the Aegean Sea due to its amphitheatric location in the valley of Agios Petros.

At Saint Peter’s beach , one of the most famous beaches on the island just 800m away from the villa, with many other superb beaches located just a short drive away ,one is bound to fully enjoy the turquoise waters of the Aegean. Located in between the port of Gavrion (Km) and the picturesque coastal town of Batsi(Km)it ideally provides absolute privacy and tranquility combined with close proximity to all the lively centers on the northern side of the island. There one can find bars, cafes, as well as local shops with handmade items from the islanders.

On the estate you will find a the 7x14m (depth) sparkling swimming pool with an adjacent grass area ideal for a variety of fun activities such as croquet, badminton, Bowls (provided). One will also find an extensive library with many books in English, French, German, modern and ancient Greek.In addition there is an olive grove, a natural garden, several lounging areas, a traditional stone oven and barbeque.

The villa is built on three levels: on the upper lever one will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All have south-looking balconies with breathtaking views over the pool, the gardens and the Aegean.

At the ground level there is a spacious entrance with an original art deco dining room and adjacent living room with a fireplace and a piano. The fully furnished kitchen is also located at the ground level with a door leading to a covered outdoors dining area and lounge overlooking the pool with the sea as background.

At the garden level there is a second fully furnished kitchen with an adjacent sitting room and three more bedrooms with two bathrooms, one en-suite.

The garden level is designed to be autonomous from the rest of the villa making it ideal for guests travelling with help, or parents looking for some privacy from their youngsters.

Built to be enjoyed by the owners, personal care can be found in every detail. The home is filled with the finest materials, is furnished with many items from the private estate of the owners, original antique pieces, Persian carpets, and hand-crafted beds.

Apart from the more than 40 magnificent swim beaches, water sport centres, culture, ancient, byzantine and modern , culinary delights and spectacular mountains, Andros island is amongst the best of Europe for hiking with 160 km in total way marked routes, 100km certified hiking routes, 15 days of guaranteed hiking quality.
