From the owner

House (robinson type) is settled in a quiet Mala Lucica bay, 10 m from the sea. It's close to a small village of Gdinj (3,5 km), Jelsa (28 km), ancient towns of Stari Grad (36 km) and Hvar (55,5 km). You’ll love our place because of peace and quiet, beautiful sounds of the crystal clear sea, unique starry sky, intoxicating smells of lavender and sage, delicious homemade olive oil, wine, prosecco... Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids).

The house is settled in a quiet and peaceful place, without crowd...

It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace.

Barbecue with natural wood for grill is next to the terrace.

The parking place is on the premises, next to a house.

Guests can use everything in and around the house.

Our house offers you a robinson type of tourism for full vacation of modern type of life, without TV...but Internet included (by USB stick for laptop). Lights and power plug are solar powered.

There is 220V electricity available in the apartment – however it is generated by solar panels and allows to power only low powered appliances such as laptop, lights, mobile device chargers etc., high powered appliances (iron, toaster, el. grill) are not possible to use.

One part of the road (cca 1,5 km) is decent gravel road.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mirko (the owner) a message.

If Mirko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
