Das Tagungs- und Freizeithaus Sternenhof ist ein Selbstversorgerhaus für Gruppen mit maximal 20 TeilnehmerInnen.

Es steht eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit großem Speise-, bzw. Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung. Im Hof neben dem Haus können Sie zwei Elektro-Autos und zwei E-Fahrräder (Pedelecs) aufladen.

Ein ca. 80 qm großer Saal mit Teppichboden, Matratzen und Bühne dient als Gruppenraum. Hier finden Sie auch eine Stereoanlage für Kassetten, CD’s, DVD’s, und MP3-Player.

In 4 Vier-Bett-Zimmern, 1 Drei-Bett-Zimmer und 1 Einbettzimmer können maximal 20 Personen zum Großteil in Stockbetten bzw. in vier Einzelbetten übernachten.

Die Betten sind mit Schlafdecken und Kopfkissen ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind mit einem Spannbetttuch als Schonbezug bezogen. Zusätzlich finden Sie in den Zimmern während der kalten Jahreszeiten Wolldecken. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Bettlaken bringen Sie bitte mit. Sollten einige Gäste diese vergessen haben, finden Sie im OG in der Kommode einige Garnituren, pro benutzter Garnitur berechnen wir 8,00 Euro

Der Sternenhof verfügt über WLAN/Internet. Anrufe mit dem Haustelefon ins Festnetz (09351 – 3536) sind kostenlos. Anrufe in Mobilfunknetze berechnen wir Ihnen nachträglich entsprechend der Rechnung des Mobilfunkanbieters.

Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine Terrasse. Ein großer Garten hinter dem Haus bietet Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung, ebenso läd ein Grillplatz zu langen Abenden am Lagerfeuer ein. Garten- und Terrassenmöbel stellen wir ihnen selbstverständlich zur Verfügung.

Seifriedsburg, ein Stadtteil von Gemünden am Main, ist eine dörfliche Gemeinde von ca. 500 Einwohnern. Die umliegende Landschaft, der Naturpark Spessart, bietet Ihnen viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie zum beispiel Radfahren, Wandern oder auch Kanufahren

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Sternenhof ein Nichtraucherhaus ist. Haustiere sind wegen des Allergierisikos nicht gestattet. Bitte tragen Sie im Gruppenraum und in den Schlafräumen keine Straßenschuhe. Stellen Sie diese im Flur im Erdgeschoß ab. Dort finden Sie auch einige Hausschuhe, wenn Sie Ihre vergessen haben.

Im Gruppenraum und in den Schlafräumen ist jede Art offenes Licht (Kerzen, Fackeln, usw.) wegen Feuergefahr, aber auch wegen den entstehenden Verunreinigungen streng verboten!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
