My house is not located in the center of the country so do not expect to cross the road and find all the services in the immediate vicinity of the same; if you are looking for this, it is not the right place for you ... My house is located in a wonderful and fascinating natural environment, still intact and preserved, a few kilometers from the villages of Arcevia, Sassoferrato and Genga, in the countryside, inside of the regional park of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi. It is the ideal place to get in touch with the surrounding nature and to enjoy uncontaminated landscapes. On foot or by bike, or on horseback to discover the territories and wildlife that populate the hills. To reach the house you need to cover about 2 km of road at times with downhill curves and partly white but passable with any type of car / Camper. It consists of a living room with two 1 and 1/2 square sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor; one double and one with single bed and bunk bed. Guests can enjoy a large pergola adorned by the vine that creates a natural cover. It is reserved and remains for exclusive use. In addition, all the large outdoor areas are available for relaxing, walking or playing. Pets allowed outside in a fenced area. Table tennis table available. Possibility to stop horses inside a large enclosed space or in a box. Heating is not present. There is a fireplace in the living area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Massimo Riccardo (the owner) a message.

If Massimo Riccardo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
