A beautiful 3 bedroom villa, designed by a renowned Greek architect, with private pool, lawned gardens and Greek BBQ. Air-conditioned throughout, all rooms have stunning, uninterrupted views to the sea. Behind the villa in the distance are the magnificent mountains typical of the Rhodes landscape. The open plan living features a sitting room with a corner sofa, TV & DVD player and video game console, a stone fireplace, a dining area with table and chairs for 6 and a modern fully fitted kitchen. Each bedroom has a sea facing balcony. Outside there is a shady patio with table and chairs for alfresco dining facing the Greek BBQ. A 5 minutes walk brings you to the all-year-round village with its well-stocked supermarket, butchers, bakers, greengrocers, pharmacy, internet cafes and bars. The whole village benefits from improved street lighting throughout. A further 5 mins walk leads you to the Blue Flag Gennadi beach with more tavernas. World famous Lindos with its Acropolis, tourist shops, bars & restaurants is a 20 minutes drive away

Why can't I call Alan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alan (the owner) a message.

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
