The Villa is perched gracefully on a gentle hillside with sweeping panoramic views overlooking Gennadi Bay, arguably the most scenic bay in Rhodes, proudly holding a blue flag award.
It's 0.5Km away from Gennadi sea front which has good quality traditional tavernas, ideal for a tasty local meal or a refreshing drink. Gennadi village is 0.5Km away providing excellent eateries, we recommend 'Mama's Kitchen' with it's fresh local fayre, attractive garden and friendly staff! There is also a small supermarket, traditional bakery with fresh product daily, pharmacy and greengrocers. It is possible to walk to both seafront and village, but a car is recommended due to the climate!
Lindos with it's Ancient Acropolis and charming cobbled white washed streets is an experience not to be missed! With a white sandy bay and many delightful bars and taverns to choose from, it is well worth a visit.
Kiotari is 7 minutes away to the North with lovely sandy beaches, glass-bottomed boats and 'chill-out' bars.
Prasonissi is 20 minutes away to the Southern most tip of the Island, this is where two seas meet and is a fantastic location for watersports!
The jewel in the crown has to be the Old Town of Rhodes which is 45 minutes to the North. A medieval walled town being arguably the best preserved in Europe and is Nesco protected. The town is bursting with differing cultural influences from Ancient Greek civilization through to Byzantine, Christian- The Knights of St John, Turkish and Venetian to name a few. The pretty cobbled streets offer an eclectic mix of tavernas, bars, interesting shops (selling everything from unique jewellery to leather shoes and goods) and historical buildings/monuments.

Living Area
The living area is tastefully fitted, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, stylish coffee table, rustic wicker chair, and for additional storage, has an individual draw unit. Satellite TV is provided for entertainment, and wifi connection is available throughout. The patio doors open directly on to the poolside area, creating a greater sense of outdoor living, while providing uninterrupted sea views.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is supplied with all the amenities expected on a self catering holiday – fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle - for those nights not spent barbequing or dining in one of Rhodes' many reputed tavernas. The kitchen leads on to the dining area and the indoor table and chairs which are ideally placed for looking out through the patio doors onto the pool.

Upstairs, the glorious views continue. The double bedroom is finished to a high and contemporary standard, complete with comfortable double bed, spacious fitted wardrobes and a pair of bedside tables with lamps. The main bedroom leads directly on to the upstairs sun terrace, the perfect vantage point for views of Gennadi Bay, basked in sunshine throughout the day and a cooling respite by night. The second bedroom is fitted with bunk beds and a large chest of drawers, providing ample storage.

There are two bathrooms within the villa. On the ground floor, a wash basin, mirrored cupboard, WC and shower unit. Upstairs, the main bathroom has both a bath and a shower, WC, mirrored wash basin and hairdryer/shaving socket.

This private location comes complete with all the outdoor essentials - dining table, sun loungers, padded deckchairs, parasol and barbeque, guests can sunbathe by day and dine alfresco by night. The upper veranda is extremely roomy and a great place to have an early morning coffee/early evening drink. The spacious outdoor and pergola areas make for the perfect setting for family barbeques whilst watching the sun drop gently over Gennadi Bay. There is adequate space for car parking. The stars are truly magical at this location in the evening, especially from the upper veranda.

Just home after two very peaceful, relaxing weeks in Villa Phoebe @ Pine View Villas. The villa we used in one of four each with there own private pool and outdoors space, no isolated but very private. The villa has every modern amenity (air con, dishwasher etc) and was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed several BBQ evenings whilst taking in the sea view and distance view of Lindos. Close to the villa is Gennadi village - it doesn't get more Greek than this, great local shops and restaurants. Alan, the pool and DIY person popped around a couple of time per week and was very friendly and helpful, especially with his knowledge of the local area. A car is essential as the villa is some way of the main road (1km aprox). Joy was also very helpful in supporting our booking. Highly recommended.
