Twin Villas are 2 true gems located in the unspoiled south part of the island, Gennadi, and each offers a stunning private swimming pool. Also, both provide picturesque views of the Aegean Sea. Guests will find the beach is only a 5-minute walk, to admire from up close the emerald waters of Rhodes. Each Villa hosts up to 8 guests. Twin Villas are a promising place to spend your best moments in Rhodes as well as to have a memorable and blissful stay.

This incredible villa offers 4 fantastic bedrooms, each of which is fully airconditioned and offers a balcony. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. From the balconies, you can admire the beautiful emerald waters of Rhodes or pool views. Three of the bedrooms have double beds. The fourth bedroom has twin beds. There are another 2 bathrooms. One of them has a bathtub and the other one has a shower. There’s an open plan fully equipped kitchen, designed in beautiful tones, suitable for any meal preparation. Guests will find a cozy living room and a seating area where you can enjoy your meal. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a fantastic private swimming pool with its sunbeds where you can refresh and enjoy the summer sun privately. Also, there’s a furnished area and BBQ facilities to enjoy a delicious meal.

Guests will find the nearest beach, Gennadi beach is only a 5-minute drive walk. Gennadi village, less than a 5-minute walk, is a peaceful place where you’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach on the island, which is only a 30-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 30-minute drive far from Gennadi. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, at a distance of about an hour's drive away from the villa. The airport and the center of Rhodes have located an hour's drive away.

How do damage deposits work?

If Apostolos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
