Worried about being close to others or just fancy a digital detox to reset your mind and body? Our villa is perfect for outdoorsy types looking for a coastal break away from the massive tourist crowds.

Gennadi Serenity Villa is a spacious independent beachfront villa in front of a beautiful and quiet, almost private beach in the peaceful area of Gennadi in South Rhodes. Ideal for couples, family and friend groups who want to enjoy summer life away from the crowds, next to the beach in one of the most beautiful and serene locations in the South of Rhodes.

The villa was fully renovated in 2018 and decorated with taste featuring sunny, airy and spacey rooms. The interiors combine simple elegance and beautiful design with all necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The villa can accommodate up to 7 people, in 2 tastefully designed bedrooms fully air conditioned. One bedroom with a king-size double bed, a second bedroom with two big single beds and a large sofa in the living room which can be turned into a double bed. There's also a baby cot available (upon request) and a fold-out bed which can be set up in one of the bedrooms or in the living room..

Inside the villa has an open -plan living design that provides a bright airy, sunny environment. The common area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV with satellite channels and Netflix streaming. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want.

The bathroom consists of a WC, a large,modern shower cabin and a washing machine. Of course we offer all essential toiletries and towels for your stay.

In addition, the villa benefits from 3 air-conditioning units which are included in the price and a safe so you can enjoy your holidays without worrying about your valuables.

The site is very large and is not overlooked by any immediate neighbours.

Outdoors, the villa features a big private garden with sunbathing terraces,shaded outdoor seating and dining areas and private parking. In the front balcony overlooking the private pool and the sea, a modern big dining table with chairs and outdoor furniture sit under the pergola and by the pool seven sun loungers, two parasols, a beautiful shady gazebo and a swing chair with a stand and cushion are provided. The private pool is 6m x 3m and is 1.5 m deep, being situated on a large tiled patio area in front of the villa. A big charcoal BBQ stands beside the front balcony to enjoy preparing grilled meals for outdoor dining. On the terrace of the house there is a sun lounge equipped with chairs and a small table under an aluminium gazebo with white curtains where you can relax or sunbathe overlooking the Mediterranean sea! Our brand new eco- swimming pool is ready for use from April till mid-November to enjoy relaxing and refreshing moments during your stay.

In this inviting environment you can spend long hours under the shining Rhodian sun, but with such a perfect beach just a few steps away, the choice will be hard!

Two straw umbrellas and sun loungers are for the exclusive use of our guests on the beach, which is directly in front of the villa,following a 90m path.

Free wireless internet and a large private parking area are also provided.

IMPORTANT INFO: Starting from 1st January 2024 a new law by the Greek Government introduces a climate tax ("Sustainability fee against climate change") to be paid by the guest on site. This tax will amount to 1.50 Euros per night for the whole group of guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Katerina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
