A pochi metri, raggiungibili a piedi, dal Porto Antico e dall'Acquario di Genova e dai battelli che portano alle splendide località turistiche delle 5 Terre, Portofino, il Santuario dei Cetacei, San Fruttuoso di Camogli. Un piccolo paradiso nel cuore della città dove si possono raggiungere tutte le attrazioni turistiche culturali come le splendide mostre internazionali di Palazzo Ducale, Via Garibaldi e i suoi prestigiosi palazzi dei Rolli con gli affreschi del Rubens, il Teatro Carlo Felice,Chiese e luoghi simbolo con opere d'arte uniche tra cui proprio la bellissima Cattedrale di San Lorenzo proprio di fronte a casa. The Genoa wonders are waiting for you ! WE HAVE A PARKING AGREEMENT WITH A NEARBY CAR PARK OFFERING REDUCED RATES! The holiday apartment is placed in San Lorenzo Square in a suggestive building in front of the San Lorenzo Cathedral in the heart of the city. It's furnisched in a noble way and it's composed of a big entrance, a well equipped kitchen ( with kettle, microwave, refrigeretor, electric cooker) a large just renovated bathroom with hair dryer, the shower and two bedrooms (with 3 single beds and 1 sofà bed) both with led tv. The bed linens and the bath towels are provided and included in the price.There is the elevator that arrives at the floor. If you ask it before, you'll have one cot and one high chair for children that are free until 4 years. Cà Sanlò is a large, perfect and very comfortable location to go on holiday or for a job trip. Great for children of all ages, suitable for people with restricted mobility,central heating and hot water. From the Airport Cristoforo Colombo or Principe Station you can join my apartment by Volabus, Metrò and taxi (that arrives in front of the entrance). It's situated in a pedestrian area where cars are not necessary and you'll admire some of the most important historic buildings in Genoa called “Rolli” that are cultural and world heritage. From Cà Sanlò you can join in few minutes on foot the Old Port and the Acquario of Genoa renovated by the famous architect Renzo Piano during the Genoa Expò dedicated to Cristoforo Colombo in 1992. In the Old Port you can take the boat to go to Cinque Terre, San Fruttuoso di Camogli, Portofino; Santa Margherita Ligure etc. Around to the house you can visit The San Lorenzo Cathedral Museum; Ducale Palace an important Museum Centre where were celebrated the cultural international events connected to Genoa Cultural Capital in 2004. Ducale Palace is a wonderful site where are inaugurated often famous and international exhibitions. Around Cà Sanlò there are also a lot of restaurants very good as quality and price, pubs and shops and supermarkets. Positive reviews on all web sites!

Pets are not welcome, no smoking at this property. According to the Town Council there is a tourist tax of 1,50 Euro for a person. ( kids don't pay until 14 years).E' prevista dal Comune di Genova l' Imposta di soggiorno di
