Ideal position to visit Genoa. Newly renovated apartment in a building of the early '900, in the quiet residential district of Castelletto, but only 10 minutes walk from the Old Port and the Aquarium. We are Silvia and Michele and we welcome you to Rosso Magenta! Our apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator of an elegant building of the early '900; It is bright and from our balcony you can enjoy a splendid view of the center of Genoa and also a glimpse of the sea. Our house is located in a strategic position to visit Genoa, a stone's throw from the center, but in a very beautiful, green and quiet neighborhood. The bedroom and the living room are equipped with a ready-made double bed, that is a sofa that can be easily transformed into a bed. They are very comfortable, we have personally tested them. The kitchen has everything you need (Michele is a cook ...), oven, small appliances, microwave oven, dishwasher etc., and we left some products for breakfast and if you want to cook something at home. The apartment has just been renovated by us with love and creativity to make it a unique place. Here you can enjoy the air of distant worlds: we are great travelers and we have furnished the house with objects from the many countries we have visited, countries that you can discover in the big world map hanging in the living room. We moved to Padua so you will generally have the entire apartment available. If, however, at that time we were at home, we will be happy to welcome you personally and give you advice for a good stay in Genoa! If you are a larger group, we can offer further hospitality being on the net with other hospitality facilities, which are right in our own condominium!

Usually we leave the apartment, but on some days of the year we are passing home to Genoa, please check with us when booking. We are a duly registered for tourism apartment. We ask you to provide identification or passport (the ideal is that you send us a photo to your arrival) because we have an obligation to transmit your data to the police station within 24 hours of arrival. You can smoke on the balcony, but not at home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You’ll need to contact Silvia (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Silvia (the owner) a message.

If Silvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
