Minute an wohlfühlen, "zuhause ankommen" - feel like coming home! Deshalb sollen Sie nicht auf den Komfort, den Sie gewöhnt sind, verzichten müssen. Sie finden ein sehr gepflegtes Haus vor, in dem Sie sich wohlfühlen werden.

Das moderne, 245 qm große Haus liegt in einem 1450 qm großen Grundstück mit einheimischen Blumen und Sträuchern, direkt am Fairway von Loch 11 des Kingswood Championship Golf Course in George, dem Golfmekka Südafrikas und im Herzen der Garden Route vor der Kulisse der gewaltigen Outeniqua Berge.

Das Kingswood Golf Estate in George ist zwischen den Outeniqua-Bergen, dem bekannten Fancourt Links und dem George Golfclub gelegen. Kingswood ist ein ruhiges und natürlich gestaltetes Golf Estate mit einem Golfplatz mit breiten, bestens gepflegten Fairways und mit sehr schönen modernen Häusern großzügig bebaut. Es ist gesichert durch eine hohe Mauer und einen Elektrozaun, 3 ständig besetzten und kontrollierten Einfahrtstoren und 24 Std. Security auf dem Gelände.

Durch die unmittelbare Anbindung zur gemütlichen Stadt George mit vielen Fachgeschäften, Cafes, allen Dienstleistern (ins "Zentrum" ca. 5 Min.) oder auch zur großen "Garden Route Shopping Mall" mit 125 Geschäften, Restaurants, Banken ect. (Entfernung ca.10-12 Min.) verbringen Sie Ihren Urlaub aber nicht in einem abgeschotteten, dicht bebautem Resort sondern "mitten im lebendigen Südafrika".

Noch ein paar Worte zur Sicherheit: Es gibt bestimmt Städte wie z.B. Johannesburg, die wir nicht als sicher bezeichnen würden. Die alte Stadt George dagegen ist das Herz der Garden Route, das Gateway zu einer der schönsten Regionen Afrikas, ein wahres Paradies für Golfer, Wassersportler und Wanderer. Nicht zu vergessen, die wunderschönen Strände, nur 10 bis 15 Min. entfernt! Umgeben von herrlichen Wäldern und dem mystischen Bergmassiv der Outeniqua-Berge.

Die lebendige Stadt George ist das geographische und wirtschaftliche Zentrum der berühmten Garden Route Südafrikas mit sehr vielen Handwerkern, Kleinindustrie, Restaurants und Cafés, vielen kleinen Fachgeschäften - mit mehr Arbeitsmöglichkeiten und mit dadurch deutlich weniger Armut als in vielen anderen Städten Südafrikas! Es gibt keine spürbaren Spannungen und die Menschen, gleich welcher Hautfarbe, sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir versprechen Ihnen: Sie werden sich in George sicherer fühlen als in einigen Städten oder Regionen Europas.

Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir freuen uns besonders über Gäste die schon das 2. Mal bei uns waren! Sie haben recht, GolfersHeaven liegt nicht nur fantastisch am schönen Golfplatz Kingswood, sondern auch unglaublich zentral. 10 weitere großartige Golfplätze sind innerhalb von nur 10 Min. bis ca. 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit erreichbar. Auch für die Aktivitäten von "Nichtgolfern" ist die Lage von GolfersHeaven ideal. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung herrliche Strände und so viel zu erleben, dass großartige neue Eindrücke und Urlaubserlebnisse garantiert sind. Und in die "Stadt" und zur großen Mall mit ca. 150 Geschäften und Restaurants fährt man auch nur 5 bis 10 Min. Liebe Gerda, lieber Gerhard, bitte denken Sie daran, alle guten Dinge sind 3 ! Liebe Frau B., herzlichen Dank für Ihre ausgezeichnete Beurteilung! Wir haben einige Jahre in SA im Urlaub Häuser gemietet, bevor wir GolfersHeaven gekauft haben. Der „Empfang“spielte sich oft so ab, dass man uns mitgeteilt hat, wo man den Schlüssel findet. Und so „persönlich“ ging es dann auch die folgenden Tage weiter. Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren nur nach nervenden Versuchen zu erreichen. Unser Ziel war – feel like coming home – dass für unsere Gäste der Urlaub wirklich in der 1. Minute beginnt und auch während des Aufenthalts unsere Managerin sich um unsere Gäste kümmert. Unsere Managerin vor Ort, die Maid und selbst der Gärtner verstehen inzwischen, dass wir unseren Gästen ein „rundum sorglos Paket“ bieten wollen – die Vorraussetzung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Danke für Ihr Lob, ich werde es selbstverständlich weitergeben! Herzlichst S.M-K

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
