Casa del Mar is perfectly located just 5 minutes from the Exuma International Airport (GGT) on a pristine, private access beach that is unmatched anywhere on the Island.

Guests at Casa del Mar have the privilege of residing on one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere in the Caribbean on an Island that is unique for it's clear, warm turquoise waters, untouched beaches, friendly people and casual lifestyle. Exuma has easy access to the US and Canada, yet is far away from the crowds of tourists and overly commercial development found elsewhere in the Bahamas and other Caribbean Islands.

The Villa features award winning contemporary architecture and designer appointed interiors, consisting of a two wing single family house connected by a private courtyard with private pool and outdoor kitchen, just a few steps from the one of the most beautiful beachs anywhere in the world.

The two wings of the Villa afford privacy and separate living areas for extended families and their guests for up to 10 guests.

The first floor of each wing contains 2 master bedrooms each with bathroom en suite and direct access to the pool and courtyard. Also on the first floor of each wing is an additional family room which is convertible to an extra 3rd bedroom with a double bed sized fold out sofa suitable for small children.

Total accommodations for both wings then are 8 adults in the 4 full bedrooms and 2 children in each of the 2 convertible bedrooms. Maximum number of guests is 10 adults (4 adult couples and 2 small children)

The 2nd floor of each wing consists of a complete modern kitchen, half bath and an expansive living and entertainment room with an 240 sf covered outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean.

Both Villa wings have beautiful ocean views with private beach access just a few steps away.

Check in, check out and mid week housekeeping and airport transfers by private full size SUV included in full week rentals. Concierge assisted reservations for half day and full day tours of the Exuma Cays to see the swimming pigs, iguanas, blowhole beach, tame nurse sharks and Thunderbolt Grotto available upon request.

Golf, bone fishing, reef and deep sea fishing, kayaking, paddle board tours, wave runner adventure, snorkeling and kite surfing available nearby.

WiFi and Direct TV are included.

Private chef service as well as pre arrival stocking of the Villa with food and beverages of your choice is available. There are several restaurants within 10 minutes of Casa del Mar as well as a small grocery store 5 minutes away and a larger grocery store in Georgetown, about 20 minutes drive.

There are direct, non stop flights to Exuma's Georgetown Airport (Code is GGT), on American Airlines from Miami (45 minute flight on 100 seat jet), Silver Air from Fort Lauderdale ( 75 minute flight on 34 seat turboprop), Delta Airlines from Atlanta (2 hour flight on 80 seat jet) and Air Canada from Toronto (3 hour flight on 80 seat jet). There are also 5 daily 35 minute connections from Nassau on either Sky Bahamas or Bahamasair, to Exuma.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vladimir (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
