Villa Balos is a new building of 200m2 which is located at Georgiopoulis in Chania very close to the nature. It offers dining and living room, satellite television and free wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining room, oven, microwave and refrigerator. On request the staff can be consisted of a cook. The villa offers 4 bedrooms in elegant style, fully equipped that can be hosted by 8-10 persons. Every room has its own balcony with view to Cretan sea and mountains. Also, it offers 3 bathrooms (1 with bath and 2 with hydromassage cabins). They’re equipped with washing machine, hairdryer and towels. The leafy garden of the villa is surrounded by fruitful trees and a great view to the village of Georgioupolis and to the endless blue too. There are barbeque facilities where residents can prepare their meals. They are opposite the porch with sea view. It is also offered free private parking. A welcome basket will wait for you on your arrival with local drinks, fruits and traditional flavours. Feel free to ask the owners everything you need (car rentals, useful tips about excursions and sightseeing). About 600m from the villa is the center of Georgioupolis where there you can find numerous shops, supermarkets, traditional markets, cafes and bars. It has a big playground for our small friends with skate park, bike lane and outdoor gym. The organized beach of Georgioupolis with the gold sand is located 500m from the villa.
Apart from sunbathing is suitable for fishing and various water sports “Kournas lake” which is about 3km from the villa. It’s the largest natural lake in Crete. You can enjoy swim in the lake, a ride of pedalo or a walk around the beautiful landscape. It is surrounded by traditional greek taverns and cafeterias and you can enjoy local flavours or your coffee with the nice view. The traditional “Rethymno city” is about 18km, while the scenic Chania city is about 30km. Souda port is accessible to 28km, “Chania airport” is 42km and “Heraklion airport” is 100km.
