Villa Rondinella is an elegant three-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Rondinella you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the greenery. Villa Rondinella is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Gerace, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Villa Rondinella from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Rondinella you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Terrace 1

The first terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a swing. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.

Patio

The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the garden.

Entrance LevelLiving Room

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and two single divan beds. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

First LevelTerrace 2

The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an access area.

Roof LevelTerrace 3

The third terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second terrace climbing 16 steps. It is equipped with chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the greenery.

Beautiful views, wonderfully spacious house

The managers were very friendly and helpful and the views from the terraces were stunning. Beautiful place for a get away from it all just five minutes from a historic village.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
