IUN P1776 - Villa Bianca is a gorgeous villa on one level located at Geremeas Residence, few steps away from Spiaggia di Geremeas (Marongiu Beach). The house is suitable to accommodate comfortably up to 6/8 people, having a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms with single beds, a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms in total. The access to the property is through a gate that allows to park cars behind it. From the front of the house there is the access to the large living room with sofa bed, dining table and tv, the fully equipped kitchen, a functional inner court with washbasin and outside shower (very comfortable to cool off and rinse after having been to the beach) and a dependance with laundry area and a large bathroom. From the living room there is the access to the sleeping area where we find the double bedroom, the two twin bedrooms with single beds and a newly renovated bathroom. From the living room there is the access to the beautiful outdoor veranda, the ideal place to eat and to spend hours of pleasant relaxation, overlooking the wonderful and well-kept garden, the property's flagship flower. All rooms and interiors are air conditioned with air conditioning / dehumidifier / heat pump or ceiling fans. Included internet connection with Wi-Fi, which is rare in this area. The house is tastefully furnished and comfortable, suitable for being inhabited all year round, ideal for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

    How do damage deposits work?
