Independent study attached to newly built detached house. With capacity for 3 people has a double bed and a single bed for adult. It has a terrace and a private garden with attention to detail and, with a large barbecue. Located in the heart of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve and in the Camino de Santiago, located 3km from Gernika, 13km from the beaches and beaches and 35km from Bilbao. You will enjoy the scenery and relax in a protected and healthy environment. The accommodation The interior is very cozy. All the facilities, both indoor and outdoor, are located on the same level. Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, tea utensils, coffee, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, blender ... 160x200 sofa bed and 90x200 attached bed. In case of a baby, we have a travel cot that can be installed in the studio. Private bathroom with shower and includes a hairdryer. Towels, sheets, blankets and beach towels included. Heating system and hot water without emissions respectful with the environment. It has an anti-theft alarm system. Construction of new construction following sustainable environmental criteria. Services and common areas 160m2 of private garden for guests, 50m2 of terrace with umbrella, sofas, sunbeds and outdoor tables and chairs, exterior lights, outside water intake with hose and large barbecue in the garden with all the necessary utensils. Fenced garden through fencing for children's entertainment. Parking Parking for several vehicles available. Attention to the guests We will provide tourist pamphlets and local information, as well as our recommendations of restaurants and bars to eat or drink.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If New Studio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
