Luxurious villa equipped with all comforts, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy an aperitif at sunset with friends, after an excursion on the Giara or a visit to the Barumini nuragic complex. In the villa there are four lounges with piano and billiards, dining room and reading room with fireplace, in addition to the medieval hall. Outside, large green areas and areas sheltered from the cold or heat. Where to relax and enjoy a local tea or grappa "fil'e 'ferru" in the company of your beloved or friends. In the front of the villa there is a patio facing the garden that will allow you to relax in spring and summer enjoying a delicious breakfast with fresh local products. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet can be served in the back gardens by the pool. Surrounded by greenery with lawns and gardens both in the front and in the back, where there is a circular pool to allow guests to cool off in the hottest periods. The same green spaces, well-kept and large green lawns allow the whole family to spend carefree moments playing with their children. Besides the beauty of the house and the comfort of the environment there is the possibility of naturalistic, landscape, historical, archaeological and religious excursions.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Danilo (the owner) a message.

    If Danilo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
