Beautiful apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Cot and high chair for young children (consult). Free WIFI. Located in Getxo, coastal area of Bilbao. You can reach the beach on foot in 10 min. Bus at the door of the house and metro 6 min, downtown Bilbao 20 min. The accommodation You will love this warm apartment with exclusive, cozy and vintage decoration. You have a large suite with a full bathroom and a 1.50 x 2 bed, another room with two 0.90 beds and a large living room with a large sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a highchair for children, and we also have a folding cot (consult). The dining kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking and eating. If you need to work you have a desk at your disposal. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher that you can use, flat screen TV in the living room, two bathrooms with large showers and natural gas heating. Sheets and towels included. Additional cleaning service available (consult). Services and common areas There is a large park below with a multitude of children's games, ping pong tables and free outdoor gym. If you like swimming, you have the sports center with public pool 10 minutes walk (the entrance costs € 3). You can also play tennis, paddle tennis, soccer, basketball, etc. Attention to guests I will receive you, I will show you the apartment and I will explain everything you need for your stay. I can advise you with excursions, surf courses, horseback riding, boat trips, museum visits, gastronomic experiences, etc. If you need me to pick you up or take you to the airport, train or bus station, check in advance. How to get around There are several transport options: A) Metro 6 min. The subway arrives in Bilbao in 20 min. The trip costs € 1.04 with "Barik card" (rechargeable at all stations. It costs € 3 but I can lend you one). There are trains every 5-10 minutes to / from Bilbao. B) Urban bus (Bizkaibus). Under the house you have the bus that takes you to the center of Bilbao (25 min to the Guggenheim) and to places throughout the province, also with a "Barik" card (€ 1.13). C) Interprovincial bus from the bus station located 20 minutes by subway. D) Bilbao Airport (25 minutes by Taxi, € 29, or by rental car). E) Taxi. You have the tourist service "Taxi tour" (€ 20), which will take you through the most emblematic and beautiful corners of the area. F) Car. You have free parking throughout the area. The center of Bilbao is 20 minutes away by car. G) Bike. The bike path passes by house and leads to different beaches, and subway (you can take the bike with you while traveling by subway). We admit babies, if you want service "baby pack" with cot, sheets, towels and highchair, are € 10 / night.

Muchas gracias María, se agradece que los clientes aprecieis el esfuerzo. En efecto no hay ascensor, como se indica en el anuncio, pero es solamente un piso de escaleras. Respecto a la limpieza, los huéspedes alaban lo limpio que está el piso. Un saludo y gracias de nuevo!

Why can't I call Itxaso (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Itxaso (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Itxaso (the owner) a message.

If Itxaso (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
