Welcome to our holiday home!

A bright and cosy space in the center of Ghent nearby the Counts Castle and the historical Graslei. The famous towers are just a 5 minute walk away! The holiday house is a really quiet space with a private garden.

There is a nice double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a fully equiped open kitchen.

You can use the free high speed WiFi and digital television.

The large windows generate an airy touch to the large living area. The solid wood furniture gives the apartment a warm feeling.

The apartment is situated at the ground floor, so it has easy acces. Its a very quiet, intimate space, given the fact it has a view over a private garden and a communal area seperates it from the street and its noice.

You can expect a comfortable stay in a very clean house, right in the heart of the exciting city center.

On arrival the bed will be covered with luxury fresh sheets. In the bathroom fresh slippers and clean towels are waiting for you to use.

For your comfort the holiday house is equipped with central heating, a seperate toilet, a walk in shower with led light, a smarttv with netflix, fast WiFi, a radio, a microwave with oven and grill function, a fridge, a freezer and a private garden. There is also a drying rack, iron and ironing board and a Senseo coffee maker.

In the communal area there is place to put your bikes.

There are maps and books about the history of Ghent and about design in the holiday home.

The kitchen at our holiday home is well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Upon arrival we give you a warm welcome and any advice as needed. We live in the same building so if there are any questions left you can just contact us by pressing the doorbell. If nobody is around, you can contact us by phone or mail. The holiday house has its own entrance, so its really private for the rest.

Thanks for your review! I m so sorry to hear you didn t find the apartment furnished comfortable. I imagine it must be hard for you to find accomodation that fits your needs, being in a wheelchair and such. Its such a shame you didn t tell me about the mosquito's, as we always have a mosquito repellent available for guests. As for our cushions: we always give 6 pillows on the bed for guests, so again, I m sorry to hear this was not enough. Best wishes, Nina

Why can't I call Nina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nina (the owner) a message.

If Nina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
