From the manager

Totally independent country home built inside a 19th century surrounded by green lemon trees: an enchanted place, suspended between the sea and the volcano, where you can find the rhythms of the past country life.

Obtained from an ancient millstone, this warm and welcoming villa has been furnished with class and originality, recovering and adapting furniture and objects typical of the peasant tradition.

This characteristic Sicilian house sleeps up to 9 guests.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one of which has also a single bed), two complete bathrooms and a large living room with TV.

On the ground floor you are greeted by an ancient millstone which gives a typically rural atmosphere with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a loft (open space) of about 70 square meters with a large living area (equipped of two sofa beds), a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and dressing room.

Outside, between the lemon tree there is a large swimming pool (4x10 meters), a large Aeolian-style patio overlooking the Ionian Sea - the ideal place to spend hours of infinite relax, comforted by the scents of the nearby citrus grove and the muffled sounds of the surrounding countryside.

The owners, who live in the adjacent manor house, are available to assist you during your stay with cooking lessons, breakfast basket and off-road excursions to discover the most suggestive and least known places in the area.

Cost of the heating system in winter period: €1.5/litre for the use of gas.

If the lease provides for the use of the pellet stove in the dependance, the welcome bag is free, the subsequent bags will be paid by the guest.

To avoid abuse of electricity consumption, the total rate includes electricity consumption for a “normal use” (hot water, oven, hairdryer, AC, etc) equal to 200 kwh per week; over its expected to pay the extra consumption at a cost of 0,30 euros per kwh.

At the check-out, the owner inspects the house and checks the electricity consumption.

Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking can use the internal and external spaces of the house.

How do damage deposits work?
