Beau studio de 34m2 à la décoration soignée, avec une grande terrasse sur le jardin et vue mer latérale, sans vis-à-vis. Il a été classé 2 étoiles (office du tourisme Provence-Méditerranée). Sécurité : une serrure 3 points. Pour votre voiture : une place au numéro de votre appartement, dans un parking fermé par un portail avec code. La plage est à 50 mètres face à la résidence ! Cet appartement a été rénové et ré-équipé avec salle de douche, placards, canapé - lit BZ pour deux adultes et coin lecture (ou lit individuel pour 1 enfant avec en plus un lit dessous qui se tire). Draps, serviettes, torchons fournis sur demande : forfait 25€ par séjour. Espace cuisine bien équipé : plaque vitrocéramique 4 feux, grand frigo-congélateur, machine à laver la vaisselle, micro-onde, machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain...Une table et quatre chaises en intérieur et en extérieur permettent de prendre les petit-déjeuners et les repas en toute convivialité, où bon vous semble. Pour votre détente, vous trouverez en plus sur la terrasse un canapé 2 places, un fauteuil et des tables basses. Ménage fin de séjour : supplément 45€. Pour un meilleur confort : climatisation réversible, bonne qualité acoustique de la porte et de la baie vitrée, téléviseur 40". Dans la résidence : machine à glaçons et salle de jeux pour enfants ; buanderie ; local à vélos et local planches à voile (espace à réserver une semaine avant d'arriver). La résidence est idéalement située, au calme, dans un espace préservé.

Embarcadère pour les îles de Porquerolles et Port-Cros à 3 km seulement (arrêt de bus proche), tout comme la plage Almanarre - haut lieu des amateurs de planches à voile et kite surfs. De très belles promenades en perspective, à pieds ou en vélo, dans la réserve naturelle ornithologique de la presqu'ile de Giens et vers la Capte, le port de Hyères, l'Aygade. Nous vous conseillons aussi de jolies promenades à Hyères et le samedi matin pour le marché. Et si vous suivez la côte, vous atteindrez le Lavandou et Saint-Tropez par la route des vignobles. A noter pour les amateurs de voile : venez vivre ici les grands évènements de Saint-Tropez et du Golfe, en septembre et octobre de chaque année.

Vous allez chercher des amis ou la famille ? la gare SNCF est proche, tout comme Toulon - Hyères aéroport. Envie de villes et de leurs animations ? Aix-en-Provence est à 40mn, Cannes et Nice à 1h30 seulement.

Why can't I call Laurence (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laurence (the owner) a message.

If Laurence (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
