A superbly presented modern Villa set in extensive grounds with private, infinity style, swimming pool. The Villa is situated in half an acre of well-maintained gardens surrounded by woodlands but is nearby to the town of Fornoli, which is 1.5 Km away and can be reached within a two minute drive which has Bars Restaurants, shops and Supermarket. There is also a Train Station with regular trains to Lucca and beyond.

The Villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms large kitchen and dining area and sitting room. Outside there is a Barbeque with outside covered dining table and separate sofa and chairs on the covered patio with a bar. The quiet and secluded location is ideal for large families or a group of friends to relax and enjoy this beautiful property.

Pisa Airport is less than an hour away and the famous walled City of Lucca is less than 30 minutes away; the Mediterranean Coast at Viareggio and Lido Camiore is an hour’s drive away. It’s a few minutes away from Bagni Di Lucca the famous Spa town with Banks, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars. There is also Tennis Courts and a large Public Swimming pool with Diving boards.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Vitalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
