Alemanys 5 is a five double bedroom luxury townhouse with private garden and swimming pool located in the historical core of Girona, with an easy access by car and parking place.

The property is divided into two connected but independent apartments: "El Badiu" apartment is a 180 m2 duplex comprising with a master suite and two children's suites, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen-dining space, spacious living room with fireplace and a spectacular sunny veranda terrace facing south, with exclusive views over the old quarter. "El Jardí” apartment is a 90 m2 flat that offers two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a large dining-living room with kitchenette and a private sunny garden with swimming pool. Facilities in both apartments include free WiFi broadband Internet access, plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD and sound system with iPod connection.

Located in the heart of Girona's medieval quarter, inside the original city walls and overlooking Sant Domènec Square, its recent restoration integrates old and new, with sober, clean lines that celebrate essential elements such as space, light, shade, fire, stone, water and silence.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juan Manuel (the owner) a message.

If Juan Manuel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
