Antica Dimora Giardini Segreti, in Giuggianello (LE), Salento, è una masseria di grande charme del '700, recentemente ristrutturata, a 10' dal mare. Un piccolo borgo immerso nel verde di un giardino segreto, adatto a chi ama relax e privacy, al riparo dalla grande vivacità della costiera adriatica, senza rinunciare alla prossimità con i luoghi e le attrazioni che rendono il Salento un'imperdibile meta turistica di grande attrazione (il mare si trova a soli 10 - 15 minuti di macchina e , nelle immediate adiacenze, sono possibili passeggiate tra ulivi secolari). La dimora - particolarmente idonea a coppie, gruppi di amici o famiglie - dispone di 4 suites e 2 singole, con bagno e ingresso indipendente dall'interno della corte privata (tranne le 2 singole) - una delle quali a 3 letti (suite Donna Laura), altre 2 (suite Donna Giovanna e suite Don Alfredo, con il 3 letto in altra stanza separata), l'ultima con il solo letto matrimoniale (suite Don Gaetano) - che si dispongono attorno al nucleo centrale, composto da sala del camino, sala da pranzo e cucina. L'agrumeto e la piscina "a sale", infine, contribuiscono ad esaltare la vocazione rurale ed il respiro mediterraneo della dimora, dove si alternano spazi comuni e privati, garantendo agli ospiti privacy e tranquillità, ma anche occasioni di incontro e convivialità. Una vacanza in un luogo magico, in un'antica dimora di charme sapientemente restaurata ed arredata, mettendo in risalto gli elementi architettonici dell'epoca, come le volte a stella e le murature realizzate con la calda pietra leccese, materiale predominate dell'intera struttura. Si tratta di un vero e proprio 'giardino segreto', all'interno di un piccolo quanto inimmaginabile borgo antico che si trova nel centro storico di Giuggianello, il comune più piccolo della provincia di Lecce, situato tra Otranto, Maglie e la splendida Castro Marina.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
