Description

Villa Stefani is conveniently located on the main road just a couple of km outside the village of Glossa. The house is far enough below the road to be quiet and secluded. Electronic gates beside the road open onto the driveway & secure parking, and a flight of steps leads down to the house.

The Ground floor has a large open living room which includes a fully fitted kitchen, dining table with chairs, and sofas around a fireplace. Also on this floor are a shower room with toilet and washbasin plus a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Up one flight of stairs is another double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Outside, at the same level as the main living room, is the infinity pool which includes jacuzzi water-massage jets. There is plenty of space beside the pool for sun loungers and there is also an outdoor shower. A couple of steps above the poolside is the barbecue and outdoor dining area. The barbecue is traditionally Greek and is large enough to spit roast a whole lamb! Also at the same level as the pool, farther round the house, is a generous outdoor coffee lounge area and farther round, a lovely quiet garden area perfect for sitting quietly and reading. The entire property has been beautifully landscaped and it is a treat just to walk about sensing the different ambience each distinct area provides. Everywhere you look at Villa Stefani the quality of the workmanship is superb and knowing that no expense has been spared, no corner has been cut, makes one feel very pampered and special. Inside the villa has climate control. This is quite distinct from air-conditioning. Air conditioning blasts jets of cold air into a room and creates cooler and warmer spots with any room. Climate control is far more subtle; a comfortable temperature for living in is set and the house remains at that temperature constantly day and night. No chilly draughts, no waiting for the house to cool down, just relax and let the house do the work for itself. Magic!

The quality of the workmanship everywhere you look at Villa Stefani is second to none and really quite attention-grabbing, but once you have become accustomed to your surroundings you will then notice how comfortable the villa is without the background hum of air conditioning. The villa has a state-of-the-art chilled floor that will keep you comfortable no matter what the weather is doing outside. Finally, we are welcoming to Villa Stefani, giving you the keys to enjoy your stay.

How do damage deposits work?
