Malena is a newly built luxury, spacious villa (130sq meters) with private swimming pool, set in a picturesque, quiet location, less than one kilometre from the traditional Greek village of Glossa (walking distance).

This charming resort, built in a private property of 5 acres, offers guests the opportunity to admire a breath taking sea view overlooking Aegean and fantastic sunsets.

Free Wi Fi is available. Also you can use the telephone for local calls free of charge.

From infinity style pool you can look over a pine-cloaked hillside, the island of Skiathos and all the way out to the sea.

The villa is situated four kilometres from Loutraki harbour, where you can find a selection of shops, cafeterias and restaurants by the sea.

The detached villa Malena is tastefully furnished and the ground floor consists of a spacious, airy and light lounge with a satellite tv and a DVD player, a dining room ,a bathroom and a fully equipped open-planned kitchen, which communicates with a covered terrace, where you may have breakfast or meal by staring to the magnificent sea view.

Upstairs the villa boasts comfortable accommodation in two double and one twin air conditioned bedrooms, also features one jacuzzi bathroom. All bedrooms are airy, sunny and share a large veranda, where you can admire the truly panoramic view.

The villa is ideal for couples and families with children, who want to spend their vacations in a luxury, quiet ,totally private surrounding with magnificent view to the sea and the islands of Skiathos.

For the construction high quality materials have been used such as italian wardrobes and cupboards, double glaze windows etc.

A short drive distance (6km ) is St. John (church on the rock where Mama Mia was filmed ) and also near are the famous beaches Kastani, Milia and Panormos bay.

Dear guest, we are glad you had a great time at your vacation on the island. We are sorry for the trouble you had with the wet floor, but we had informed you by text messeage that there would be a storm and advised you to close the shutters. This was an extremely fierce storm for the island and the shutters were left open. Thank you for remarks, we are willing to fix all the problems you noticed very soon to make the stay of our future guests even more enjoyable. It is our duty as villa owners to live up to your expectations and special needs, so we will take immediate action to fix the shower installation and the pool tiles.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kalliopi (the owner) a message.

If Kalliopi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
