BAIA DE SAO PEDRO or SAINT PETER’S BAY is one of the three true Wooden Chalets situated on the banks of Goa's largest River "Mandovi".

The house is situated on about one acre of land with a river frontage of about 120 metres, and has its own private harbor for a sized yacht. It is totally private buffered from the outside world, a true paradise.

Ideal for groups or people who want to work from home.

We have two Internet Providers, Ethernet Xpress 150 Mbps and Gwave 100 Mbps as we want to keep you always connected.

Located 1 Km from the ancient city of Old Goa and 8 km to the City of Panjim. Old Goa was the first Capital City of Goa which was first shifted to Panjim due to the Plague centuries ago. The Old Goa Church was the first resting place of the body of St. Francis Xavier when brought to Goa from the Far East where it is preserved till today.

The house is on the river level with unlimited private parking inside and outside the property. The main road is on a higher level about 4 metres above the river level. The bus stand is situated on the road above.

SAINT PETER’S BAY is located just 10-15 minutes by road to the Panjim Central Bus Terminus which terminus is equidistant from North and South Goa. It is also just one Km from the Ancient Capital of Old Goa.

There is a soft drink and Liquor store in the adjacent building, and a general store just 5 minutes’ walk from the house.

Car and bike rental facilities are also available for which information will be provided on confirmation of booking.

All bedrooms are fitted with A.C. and the best amenities one can think of and what you would normally like to have in the best equipped home.

Some of the amenities is a fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, U.V. filter, clothes washing machine and dryer etc. etc.

Besides, the house is fitted with a hydro pneumatic water pressure system giving full pressure on all the water outlets and showers and a five thousand Liter solar heating water heater.

There is an in-house convenience store. Please note we try to keep most immediate items to make your arrival stay comfortable till you can organize yourself. There is a minimal charge for this service and handled by the house staff.

The house Lady will come every morning to clean up.

The house is differently able friendly and has a total of four bedrooms all on the same level 3 having a magnificent view of the river and one of the gardens around.

All bedrooms have attached toilets.

The house is designed so that the view of the river and adjacent islands are prominent from every location in the house.

We have an additional outdoor dining area where there is also located a Barbecue pit.

There is good fishing scope however ardent fisherman should bring their own equipment.

We provide the best quality bed linen and bath towels. Night sheets are provided as night cover as it is not too cold. Cleanliness is our motto.

Dish T V is installed with all available channels on Tata Sky.

We have taken great pains to ensure that our guests have the best of comforts and feel at home.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send CAPT. DANIEL LEON (the owner) a message.

If CAPT. DANIEL LEON (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
