<p>Located in an idyllic countryside setting,this property enjoys peace and tranquillity just a stone’s throw from the bustling town of Bridgwater. Take to the nearby Quantock Hills and The Coleridge Way for excellent walks and wildlife watching,or head to the coast for a stroll along the beach. Keen golfers will be spoilt for choice between the Championship Links Golf Course at Burnham-on-Sea and Enmore Park Golf Course on the Quantock Hills. Other nearby attractions include the historic spa city of Bath,the country’s smallest city of Wells and the South West’s popular retail centre of Clarks Village.</p><p>Renovated to an excellent standard,this cottage forms the wing of a 17th century Somerset longhouse. Inside,plenty of original features have been retained from exposed oak beams to charming cottage windows. The ground floor accommodation is spacious,open plan and full of natural light. At one end,a contemporary kitchen area contains an integral electric oven,hob,dishwasher,two fridge,freezer,wine cooler and microwave. Once prepared,enjoy sociable meals at the large dining table beyond before retreating to the cosy lounge area at the far end of this impressive room where there is Sky TV. A washer/dryer is available in a small storage cupboard in the entrance hall should you wish to do laundry during your stay. On the first floor there is one double,one large twin and one small twin bedroom. All rooms feature exposed ceiling beams and share a bathroom. On the second floor you will find a king-size bedroom,which benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and a separate small sitting area with TV/DVD,ideal for enjoying some peace and quiet with a glass of wine.</p><p>Outside there is a private patio area with stylish garden furniture and a hot tub for relaxing evenings under the stars. The property also has access to a paddock where children are invited to play.</p>
