Villa Verde is an exceptional, modern architect- designed, deluxe villa, located just 5 minutes walk from Golden Beach of Skala Potamias.

The villa provide unique amenities for an unforgettable stay!

It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, two marble tiled bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room and a comfortable lounge.

The villa has large balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors with breathtaking views of Golden Beach, the surrounding, pine clad mountains and the majestic Mount Ipsario, the highest peak of Thassos, at 1,204 meters.

The villa has its own private outside barbecue area and parking spaces.

It has a walled garden, planted with flowers, shrubs and lawn and provides a safe place for children to play outdoors and enjoy the sunshine.

Near the Villa (only 30 meters away) you can find a supermarket, a bakery, a traditional tavern and an ATM machine.

The village centre of Skala Potamia is an easy 5 minute walk away, for a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.

Ideal for families. Clean, spacious, renovated. Supermarket, bakery just next door. Beach and restaurants 5 minutes walk. Great value for money. Recommended.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EMMANOUIL (the owner) a message.

If EMMANOUIL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
