This airconditioned unit has been recently renovated and is easily one of the best apartments in the block. Not only are there zero stairs to access the unit, but it also delivers a beautiful water view from the kitchen and the lounge room.  Click this link to view the video:https://********/IlhjrTnKp6Q

The balcony opens out to the grassy surrounds and offers easy access to the walking paths, the complex pool or you can sit and relax while watching the action on the water.

This unit has been beautifully furnished and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The bedding configuration is: 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. There's also a laundry for any needed holiday washing. There's also brand new blinds throughout and a new crimsafe screen door.

The modern kitchen has all of the usual amenities including microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and ample supply of crockery, utensils and homeware plus added bonuses such as a coffee machine, nutri bullet and soda stream. The unit also provides a great selection of books and games.

LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas.  Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price.  However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival.  Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire.
