The property has a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining and lounge rooms which has a T V (Fox entertainment and Sports) and CD player.
Amenities include a modern bath, shower and toilet facilities, automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and a large (second) fridge and pantry. Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and lounge area and the property is fully screened.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, built in cupboards and T V (free to air), bedroom two comprise a double bed and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and built in cupboards and there is a king single bed in the sleepout area. Whilst blankets and pillows are provided, you are required to supply your own linen. (If you would like to arrange the hiring of linen, please advise our consultant).
