Spacious 3 bedroom apartment within the Winter Gardens complex with large south facing terrace. The Lounge/diner includes a 3 seat sofa and 2seat sofa dining table and 4 chairs. The apartment has WIFI AND CATCH UP TV SO YOU WONT MISS YOUR FAVOURITE TV PROGRAMS LIVE CHAMPIONS all Sky Channels Plus. Lots More LEAGUE LIVE ENGLISH AND SCOTTISH PREMIER MATCHES DVD & CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine. 3 bedrooms each with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a balcony which has a table and 4 chairs.

On site, there's a shared outdoor pool with poolside bar. There are 2 restaurants, and a floodlit bowling green. Other facilities include a bowling bar which does the best sunday roast on the island

Restauramts and supermarkets are within easy walking distance. The complex is ideally located for the nearby golf del sur 27-hole championship golf course and amarilla 18 hole course both within easy walking distance

Hi Stella thank you so much for your input it was very helpful i have now installed a fold down seat in the shower unfortunately the grab handles available locally did not seem robust so I will source them when I get home and when I have installed them i will send you pictures thank you so much for your input regards ta m

We had a wonderful time at Winter Gardens our apartment was very nice, clean and in a very good location. I would definitely recommend 95 Winter Gardens !! I would definitely return for another visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mr (the owner) a message.

If Mr (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
