From the owner

Wyndham Residences, formerly known as Sunningdale Village. We offer a detached 3 bedroom villa on two floors. Bedroom 1 - Master double bedroom with built in wardrobes, and flat screen TV. A beautiful, recently refurbished en-suite wet room with walk in shower, double sinks, wc and illuminated mirror. Patio doors leading to roof terrace, having views over the beautiful gardens, sea and golf course.

On the ground floor there are two further twin bedrooms both served with a separate beautifully recently refurbished family wet room with walk in shower, double vanity unit/sink and illuminated mirror. Both twin bedrooms have sliding doors which lead out to the rear patio.

A fully fitted and equipped kitchen, microwave, oven/hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer etc. with breakfast bar and with side access that leads to patio and drying area.. There is a large lounge/dining room with large flat-screen TV, freeview satellite and radio. The lounge leads out onto a large patio to the front of the villa overlooking gardens. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. There is also outdoor shower facilities, sun loungers and patio furniture, and a further patio at the rear of the villa.

The villa is prepared ready for arrival. Linen changes can be arranged and paid for locally.

If a selection of food is required on arrival, this can also be arranged and paid for locally.

The property is equipped with iron/ironing board and hairdryers available in both wet/shower rooms.

WIFI/Internet access is available in the villa.

It is a shame that you did not raise your concerns during your stay as I could have had our property manager call round and address the areas where you feel lacked attention. How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LisaMichael Thomas (the owner) a message.

If LisaMichael Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
