Luxury, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow, recently extended and refurbished to a very high standard.
Property briefly comprises; extended spacious living/dining area with 2 large leather sofas, dining table and chairs, 42" wall mounted Plamsa TV. The property also benefits from a new fully fitted modern kitchen complete with washing machine and boasts 2 large double bedrooms complete with wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
Master bedroom has French doors opening onto front terrace. 2 bathrooms, master having both bath and shower, the other being en-suite with shower cubicle from 2nd bedroom.
Large patio doors lead to new tiled private back terrace complete with table and chairs, which in turn leads out to one of the 4 communal pools. Small private roof terrace with sun loungers and table, front terrace and parking space. Everything about this property is brand new and has been extended, refurbished and dressed to the highest standards.

Set in a prime gated complex, The Palms consists of 4 pools, tropical gardens and a friendly clubhouse, offering meals and evening entertainment, pool table, table-tennis, and internet.

Why can't I call Julie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
