Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of luxury units of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.

Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and luxury accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day. Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views. There is also a gorgeous pool (heated in the winter months) and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.

Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort. This particular unit has a large sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views.

There are 3 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is a bathroom next to bedroom 2, and a further bathroom on the ground floor.

The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.

There are no washing machines but there is a free laundry service onsite.

Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.

Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.

Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.

Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.

The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

Discounted green fees (approximately 12%) at the Amarilla Golf Course are available to guests staying at this property. Please enquire further and once you have booked we will instruct you on how to book your discounted golf.

Thank you for the review. The fact that you rated your stay / accommodation s 4 star speaks volumes. I know from speaking to you that you had a great stay. We appreciate your comments and we will always act on them - I am sure future reviews will demonstrate this. I would however like to pick up on a few inaccuracies on your review: Swimming pool - cleaned daily, absolutely not dirty and there was one loose tile that was fixed almost immediately! Yes there is on on-site restaurant open to non-residents but the pool / pool area is exclusively for guests of Amarilla Golf Villas. (4 x villas only). The pool is not private - it is shared with our 4 other villas but is very quiet. I am not sure why you would expect total privacy from a pool that is shared. We have no idea what you mean about holes / brown foam n the villa / on the terrace etc.....!? We apologise for the "slight" leak in the shower. This is unusual but can happen. This was reported to us in the evening and was fixed immediately for you so we think that is great service. In terms of eating out you mention San Blas which is as you say a 25 min walk or a couple of mins in a taxi (the staff at the bar will call one for you). HOWEVER the development has views into the marina (one of the largest in South Tenerife) which is a 10 min walk away, and here there are many very nice sea front restaurants, shops and bars. A great place for a meal out. There are plenty of other bars / restaurants dotted around. For children the main attractions the island has to offer (Siam Park / Jungle Park etc) are within a 15-20 min drive. So no further away than any other resort. Taxis are very cheap or transport is available from the local excursion companies. Whilst we really do appreciate customer comments and DO act on appropriate feedback there are some inconsistencies on your review. Wew truly feel we offer very high quality accommodation, in an unrivalled location at very competitive prices. We do hope we can welcome you back in the future as I am not sure you got the full appreciation of the development and its location.

Thank you for the 5 star review. I am so glad you describe the property as "fabulous with fabulous views". The accommodation can sleep 7 by way of a fold up bed that obviously wasn't left in the property / wasn't required for your party of 6. There are 4 mugs and plenty of coffee cups, drinking glasses, wine glasses etc. Regarding your comments about the area. Yes the development has a stunning view over the golf course to the sea but many more regular holiday makers come here than golfers. This is because it is a very relaxing area with plenty of very nice restaurants and bars. Perhaps you missed the marina with its jets skis, boat tours and submarine excursion. Plus it has many of sea front restaurants. There is crazy golf and tennis also in the resort. The resort centre of San Blas has 3 pretty squares lined with shops, bars and restaurants . The top square having evening entertainment. The lovely beaches at La Tejita and El Medano are a short drive and places such as Siam Park (One of Europes best water park) and Jungle Park are only 20 minutes away. The staff at the on-site bar and restaurant are there to service all guests. There is a residents only part of the terrace. We have now won 3 x awards in our first 2 years so a very confident we are providing high quality accommodaiton in an unrivalled setting. We do of course listen to all feedback and appreciate all customer comments. We will act on them to ensure our guests have the best experience possible at our development. We hope to see you again soon at Amarilla Golf Villas.

Thank you for the wonderful 5 star review. We are so glad you had a great time with us. Regarding the pool, no pools in Tenerife are heated in the summer months. The temperature was 25 degrees plus so most people are jumping into the pool to cool down! Having said we have just had solar panels installed on the top of the development so we whilst the pool will be electrically heated all winter, we will continue to solar heat the pool all year round (if required). As is shown in all our reviews, we really do try and look after our clients. Many of which are returning again and again! Hope to see you soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
