This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located on beautiful Gorgona Beach which is attached to Coronado Beach. Playa Serena Resort gated beachfront community and just 1 hour from The Panama Canal. From the balcony of this 19th floor home you have a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean and a spectacular mountain view as well. Condo is new w/ all appliances, a/c, WiFi, pool, equipped exercise room. There is a porta-crib located in the 3rd bedroom for you to use. There are rules regarding the number of guests allowed to rent a condo at Playa Serena and so this condo can accommodate up to 6.

When people are comparing one property to others, some of the most important things you can take into account are the amenities that a property offers. To make this job easier, we have listed below the things that are included in what should be your home away from home. When we are staying in Panama, we want all of the comforts of home and so we provide all of those things to our guests as well.

* The condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the master bath being en suite

* The living room has comfortable furniture that is updated as needed

* 55 inch flat screen smart tv in the living room (and you can even use our Netflix account if you like.

* Telephone connected full time so calls can be made and received to the U.S. and Canada FREE!!

* A local telephone is provided with minutes for you to make calls in Panama.

* The condo has a water heater – a lot of rentals in Panama do not have hot water.

* A Fully equipped kitchen with stove-frig w/ ice maker-microwave-dishwasher-coffee maker.

* All of the plates, pots, pans, silverware + various kitchen utensils that you could possibly need.

* Gas BBQ grill and we provide guests with free gas.

* Split A/C unites in every room for your comfort.

* Guests are provided with start up materials also; soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

* Washer / dryer for guests to use right inside the condo.

* The condo is located in a gated community with security personnel on duty 24/7/365.

* Parking space; If you have a rental car, your car can be parked inside the building in your own reserved parking space.

* Information letter; at least 2 weeks before you go we will provide you with an information letter that will give you detailed information such as: Directions from the airport-information about the condo such as WiFi password-safe combinations-contact information for the management company-cell phone instructions and much, much more regarding the condo and the area around our small resort.

When you book your dates, you will be given a total amount for the booking before you actually commit to the stay. When you arrive at the condo to be checked in, there is a $50 final cleaning fee that is paid to the manager. You should encounter no other fees or "hidden costs".

Coronado is just 4 km away with Hospital, Catholic Church, Synagogue, Banks and 24-hour Super Market with Pharmacy. Nearby you can travel to El Valle mountain village with: Thermal Springs, Treetop aerial ride, peaceful mountain forest trails and Handicrafts and Farmers markets. You can drive or take tours of the Panama Canal, or visit nearby towns and enjoy natural tropical settings, Rainforests, Ecoturism.

Gorgona Beach is located about an hour from Panama City. Playa Gorgona is in the arco seco (dry arc) of Panama and so the weather is drier than most areas of Panama. Panama uses the US Dollar as its local currency.

Located in front of the buildings is the social area with the pool and a large concrete bohio with bar if you wish to get out of the sun and into the shade. Just a few feet away are steps or an elevator that will take you down to the beachfront. Playa Gorgona is known as one of the largest most beautiful beaches in Panama. Great for swimming or snorkeling.

Playa Gorgona is centrally located so that day trips can be taken to visit nearby towns and attractions, including El Valle, The Panama Canal, Isla Grande, Panama City, Albrook Mall (huge shopping) Fort San Lorenzo and Portobelo in Colon

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Thomas (the owner) a message.

If Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
