Wake up in Apartment Goja with “Breath Taking” views that stretch over the valley to the beautiful Dubrovnik Riviera. The villa itself is located in Bosnia but just a 15 min drive to the the Old City in Dubrovnik and beaches.

This modern apartment is contemporary in design and located on the pool level, offering you luxury, open plan indoor space, privacy and your own infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi, all with spectacular views to the Adriatic Sea!

The extensive terrace has a stunning infinity pool (9x4m) with views all the way to the Dubrovnik Riviera. A comfortable outdoor lounge area, with wrought iron chairs and comfy cushions, is an ideal place for a morning coffee or pre-dinner cocktails. At the end of a day sight seeing, relax and chill in the jaquzzi and drift away with your thoughts. Why not BBQ and enjoy dinning alfresco by the pool, I guarentee you wont find a better view.

There is also a pool-side shower and WC for your convenience.

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in night time temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season.

(if you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day, please note it takes 48 hours to make a difference to the water temperature)

The jacuzzi is heated all year round to the temperature required for your comfort.

NB: The pool will not be filled from end of November until the beginning of April, as it is hard to heat in the winter months.

Accommodation is modern and open plan with attention to detail. The lounge area has two comfortable sofa's, coffee table, Wi-Fi, satellite TV .

A new fully fitted kitchen complete with a dish washer, ice making machine, microwave, breakfast bar and stools is great great for modern living.

A high chair can be provided.

The large Master bedroom, with built in wardrobes with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, ideal for an early morning swim. The en suite has 'His and Her' sinks, bath and a walk in shower.

The twin room is also en suite with 'His and Her' sinks and a walk in shower and opens onto the pool terrace. The rooms have locally hand crafted beds with quality mattresses and linens.

An additional bed and baby travel cot can be provided on request.

All rooms are air conditioned.

The owners to the villa do not stay whilst guests are staying.

Where possible we do like to meet and greet guests in person and welcome you by showing you around the property and explaining the facilities. If you are arriving late, we will inform you as to where you can collect a key and then our property manager will visit you, at your conveniece the following day. We have a welcome brochure with places of recommendation to visit, restaurants with directions etc and our property manager is usually on hand to help with bookings and general enquiries about the area. We look forward to welcoming you very soon.

Why can't I call Sara (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sara (the owner) a message.

If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
