You are welcomed and shown to the property by an English speaking Dutch resident. He will give you the use of a mobile phone to call him in case of any emergency.
There is a welcome book in the house.
Booking is reserved with a 25% deposit and the balance should be paid 30 days in advance.

The 4-bed villa is fully rennovated inside, including new furniture. Master bedroom has roof terrace with outstanding view. The other three double bedrooms have hand-built single beds that can make double beds. All have plenty of storage room. The entrance hall leads to a new hand-built and well equipped kitchen with a small dining area. A separate dining room seats up to 12. The lounge has two big sofas, oak coffee table, wood burning stove, tv, dvd player with lots of dvds, books and music cds and is comfortable for up to 8 people. As well as the 4 bedrooms, the upstairs includes a pleasant seating area and new bathroom.
The villa is great for winter family holidays and for skiing. Please would those guests that would to stay during winter note that there is not central heating. The primary source of heating is a large built in wood burning stove and a separate cast iron stove in the lounge. There are also some free standing electric heaters.

Enjoy meals in the sun from dawn to dusk with a superb panoramic view under the south facing covered terrace whilst sitting on our garden furniture. Or just settle down with a good book and relax. If the sun gets a little hot then simply pull your chair back let the roof give you some shade. The terrace is a particularly good spot for barbeques and its roof enables you to stay outside should it rain.
You have the sole use of a spacious garden with an apple tree and a large walnut tree. There is plenty of parking space in the grounds tand some outside lighting. Immediately behind the house is an interesting woodland rich in wildlife, including deer, and herons nest in the adjacent trees.
