Situated just 18 kms outside from Heraklion, at the area of Ano Gouves, Villa Kokalis is a 400sq.metres stone and marble palace where your dreams for unforgettable holidays in Crete can come true.

Upon entering the villa a tastefully furnished interior welcomes you. There are two living rooms, one with an impressive marble fireplace with large windows viewing the pool and another, even more spacious, with sofas and great views of the garden. In addition there is a workspace for those who wish to combine vacation with work.

A comfortable dining room, with a seating arrangement for several guests, is connected with the spacious kitchen which is equipped with the most modern appliances.

An en-suite bedroom (guestroom) is also available at the ground floor level.

The outstanding marble staircase with the handmade railing, leads to the first floor where four stylish en-suite bedrooms are located.

The master bedroom comes with a king bed and a hot tub. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TVs, wardrobes, mosquito screens and balconies with great views either to the sea or to the mountains.

There is also a fully equipped room with washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board and storage cupboards.

At the external area of the villa there is a well maintained swimming pool with sun loungers, gardens with ornamental plants, children’s playground and BBQ area.

Villa Kokalis is good for couples, families (with kids), groups and for those who are searching for peace, tranquility and privacy.

Car parking with secured gate is also available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Evangelia (the owner) a message.

If Evangelia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
