Villa Sapphira is an elegant, beautifully finished villa in a stunning sea-front position with direct private access down to Gouvia Beach. This former family home offers high quality accommodation with plenty of space for large groups of friends or family, sensational views, extensive panoramic grounds, terraces and a large pool set in beautifully manicured gardens surrounded by towering palm trees. The villa sleeps 13/14 guests (including the cottage suite) with 7 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (an extra bed can be added to bedroom 7 to accommodate the 14th guest), there is an additional bathroom, a large super high specification kitchen, a downstairs sitting room with comfortable furnishings, dining area seating 10 and above on a mezzanine level is a TV room with sofas. There is also the added benefit of a fitness room with boxing bag/gloves, running machine, mini power plate and the guest cottage suite has its own kitchen/living room with large windows, magical views and glass doors to a terrace. With close proximity to Corfu town, the beach, marina, cafe bars, restaurants, sports and a beauty spa villa Sapphira is a perfect choice for large groups seeking space, activities, pampering and luxury.

Exterior

Extensive panoramic grounds, mature gardens with palm trees, cypress trees and eucalyptus creating plenty of shade from the sun. Terraces and a large pool (6 x 13 meters with daily maintenance excluding Sunday), and set in beautifully manicured gardens with outdoor dining in the garden and on the terrace.

Circular dining table near the pool provides good morning shade for breakfast and the front terrace dining is perfect for evening meals with seating for up to 16+ guests if required.

How do damage deposits work?
