Green Corner Villas is a complex of 12 Studios & 4 Apartments which are fully equipped and furnished, located just 8 km from the traditional Corfu Town, in Danilia. Danilia is a very small and quiet village that offers a strategic position for all those who like to discover our beautifull island.

Our recently rennovated complex is surrounded by 10.000 sq.m. of private garden full of olive trees, which will garantee you a peaceful and relaxing stay. They are however close to a lot of amenities. Danilia in fact is just far 3 kilometres away the east coast, it's just 5 minutesby car from the old town and in about 20 minutes you can reach the marvelous coast of Paleokastritsa.

Dear Customer, I would like to thank you for your review even if it is negative. I and my family try to do our best to satisfy every single customer and we believe that we have managed to do it 95%. I came to pick you up from the airport even it was 4 o"clock in the morning without any charge something that very few owners do. In my web site there are photos, 3d tour of the property as well as many details regarding how we are and I never say to you something different from what I offer. Regarding the clean of the studio you did not mention anything to me in order to check the persons in charge for the cleaning of the studio. If you had red properly the cancellation policy in the portal you made the booking SAID clearly that in case of cancellation at the last moment you would not take you money back. In order to avoid losing your money I offered you an apartment (2 times bigger with bathroom with external window) with no extra charge even the price for this was double but you did not agreed. I try to do my best but It was difficult to satisfy you. I respect your vacation (that’s why I tried to offer you other solution) but also this period is very important for my work. The reviews that I collect make me happy to go on! Thanks and I am really sorry!!

Why can't I call SOKRATIS (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SOKRATIS (the owner) a message.

If SOKRATIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
