A perfectly located beach front estate with miles and miles of uncrowded white sandy beach! Casa Grande is in a prime location on an absolutely pristine section of Grace Bay Beach. Grace Bay Beach is often named the #1 beach in the world! The Turtle Cove Marina, seven restaurants, a dive shop, and more, are just a ten minute stroll down the beach. 6 bedrooms each with private en-suite bathroom (6 bedrooms with King beds. Flat screen TV with Netflix, You Tube TV, Discovery + & Universal in all of the bedrooms Pack N Play and highchair available upon request Fully air conditioned Powder room off the entrance hall. Maid Service is provided mid stay for one-week visits and is included in your rental. The cleaner will normally arrive around 10.00 a.m. (depending on how busy we are), tidy the house, change bedding and towels and launder house linens and towels. Additional service is available at an additional cost of $250 per day. If you have requested additional maid service, please pay on arrival or via cc at booking time. Why can't I call Chris (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
